This Privacy Policy explains how EMI Calculator App (“we”, “us”, “the App”) handles information when you use the App.
1. Who we are
EMI Calculator App is a utility that helps you calculate EMI, GST, SIP, FD, amortization schedules, and related money maths. Contact: paysagofinancemanager@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
The App is designed to work mainly on your device.
- Calculator inputs you type (loan amount, interest, tenure, etc.) stay on your device for the calculation. We do not require an account and we do not operate a login.
- App preferences such as light/dark theme may be stored locally on your device.
- Advertising data (AdMob): when ads are enabled, Google AdMob and its partners may collect advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, and rough location to show and measure ads, subject to Google’s policies and your device settings.
- Analytics (Firebase / Google Analytics): we use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how many people use the App (for example daily active users) and which calculators are opened. This may include app instance identifiers, device and OS information, usage events (app open, screen views, calculator name), and approximate location derived from IP. We do not send the numbers you type into calculators (loan amount, interest, tenure, etc.) to Analytics.
- Diagnostics: crash or performance data may be collected by Google Play services if enabled by the store or device.
3. How we use information
- To provide calculator results on your device
- To remember basic settings (for example theme)
- To show ads and measure ad performance via Google AdMob
- To measure usage (active users and which tools are used)
- To keep the App secure and improve stability
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App uses Google AdMob to show advertisements. AdMob may use cookies, advertising IDs, and similar technologies. You can learn more here:
On Android you can reset or limit your advertising ID in device settings (Google → Ads).
5. Analytics (Firebase)
The App uses Google Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase). Google processes this data under their terms and privacy policy. Learn more:
Reports in Firebase are aggregated. They are typically delayed by hours, not second-by-second. DebugView can show events sooner while testing.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Data may be processed by service providers needed to run the App, especially:
- Google AdMob / Google advertising partners (ads)
- Google Firebase Analytics (usage measurement)
- Google Play / Play services (distribution and device services)
7. Data retention
Local calculator inputs and preferences remain on your device until you clear app data or uninstall. Ad-related and Analytics data is retained by Google under their policies.
8. Children’s privacy
The App is a general finance utility and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the App. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
10. Your choices
- Clear app storage or uninstall to remove local data
- Adjust advertising ID / ad personalization in Android settings

11. International processing
Google (AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Play) may process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States and other locations.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated policy.
